Umpires are used for all games from 11U up to 18U.  The pay scale is as follows:

11U games: $25 plate and base per game

13U games: $30 plate and base per game

15U games: $45 plate and base per game

18U games: $60 plate and base per game

25U games:$80 plate and base per game

All umpires are required to be certified.
