Mission Minor Baseball Volunteers (Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers) are required to have a Criminal Record Check (CRC) done.

Please email info@missionbaseball.org to get a letter to waive the Criminal Record Check Fee. 

Once completed the form will need to be dropped off at the Mission RCMP station at 7171 Oliver Street.
